Machine Details:

1.Ultrasonic bonding

The ultrasonic wave is used to bond the cup body, forming a tight sealing structure, and the water leakage prevention performance is greatly improved. It protects the coating layer. The traditional copper bar heating is likely to damage the coating layer. Ultrasonic heating generates heat only at the moment of contact without long-term heating effect, thus increasing the yield rate.
It features high precision, automatic frequency tracking, and precise regulation of parameters, ensuring stable bonding precision. By using ultrasonic waves, the bonding speed is accelerated, so the machine speed is increased.
It supports single/double-coated paper and paper cup fans with a wide grammage range. The paper cups produced by using ultrasonic waves have a flat and smooth appearance without burrs.

2.Automatic feeding of bottom paper

In the paper feeding section, the traction roller and the pressing roller are placed in parallel, forming a paper feeding channel between them. The traction roller is driven to rotate by a mechanical drive structure. It is equipped with a displacement sensor, which will alarm when the paper is jammed or the bottom paper is missing. The conveying speed of the bottom paper must be coordinated with the cutting speed of the cup bottom and the process rhythm of the cup body forming

3.Motor and gear

The motor + gear structure has a fast response speed, ensuring the synchronization of processes. The production of paper cups goes through multiple procedures such as "bottom paper conveying → cup bottom cutting → cup body bonding → cup bottom folding → cup mouth curling". All links need to follow a strictly synchronized rhythm to avoid jams in the entire process that may lead to shutdowns.
