1.Ultrasonic bonding
The ultrasonic wave is used to bond the cup body, forming a tight sealing structure, and the water leakage prevention performance is greatly improved. It protects the coating layer. The traditional copper bar heating is likely to damage the coating layer. Ultrasonic heating generates heat only at the moment of contact without long-term heating effect, thus increasing the yield rate.
