We have local agents and paper cup factories in Turkey. Therefore, for customers in Turkey, we can produce the paper cups they need locally, which helps save costs such as sea freight. We have many customers around the world. As part of our factory setup solutions, we sometimes take on production orders for customers to ensure the smooth operation of their businesses while also helping them reduce production costs.
We visit clients when we’re on business trips. Every year, we take regular trips to check in with our existing clients—seeing how their paper cup business is going, if everything’s running smoothly, and if they need any support from us.
Naturally, if things are going well, that’s a great honor for us. We also get to experience local life with them, like friends, in their hometowns.

We presented the solution, covering everything from how to avoid pitfalls in selecting raw materials, to how to adjust the rhythm of the production line, and even factoring in logistics. After listening, the client smiled and said to us, “Just for your carefulness, we’ll give this order to you first!” We also replied readily, “You entrust the business to us, and we’ll definitely let you have peace of mind! — After all, in the packaging industry, we are old hands who have been delving into it for more than twenty years!”
Had lunch with the client at an outdoor place. While chatting, they kept raving about our service — said we’d helped fix their big headaches: paper not matching the machines, constant breakdowns, and too many defective products. After hearing our ideas, the client grinned and said, “With your help, the production line’s running way more stable now!”
Our engineer served at the client's factory for a month, helping the client to stabilize the production of paper cups. He trained the client's employees to handle some machine problems encountered in daily operations. Moreover, they discussed how to choose machines if the client wants to upgrade the industry in the future and how to arrange the factory layout when expanding the production scale. These are all problems that may arise during normal production processes. Having an engineer patiently answer them is very helpful for the client's business!

Our engineers went overseas to work on the details of paper cups face-to-face with customers. Starting from the stiffness of the cup body and the design of the printed patterns, to how to inspect the quality of the curled edge of the cup mouth and how to stack the final goods in the most reasonable way. The engineers used their technical experience to solve various difficulties for the customers. When the sample was finally confirmed, the customers' recognition of us is the best praise for the attention to detail of our engineers! Great feedback from a client in Mozambique! When we go on business trips, we head out with our expertise tailored to the client’s needs. We visit the client’s factory, and it’s most convenient for us to identify issues when the factory is in operation. We inspected the client’s production line and found that the factory is running really well! In 2025, during our business trips to visit clients, we traveled across countries in Europe, the Middle East, and other regions. We inspected the samples in the clients' sample rooms to identify which products we could potentially collaborate on and which ones we had a price advantage in. Meanwhile, we also brought along many of our own samples. We held meetings right in the clients' sample rooms, communicating with our colleagues in China about the products through online channels. Behind us is a strong team that, despite us being on business trips abroad, still provided us with effective support.
