Some common questions
1.What materials and thickness are available for custom non-woven bags?
Materials: Common options include PP non-woven fabric (polypropylene). You can choose from regular non-woven fabric, PE-laminated non-woven fabric (waterproof), needle-punched non-woven fabric (thicker), etc., according to your needs.
Thickness: It is usually expressed in "gram weight" (e.g., 30g, 50g, 80g, etc.). The higher the gram weight, the thicker and more durable the bag. It can be customized based on load-bearing requirements (e.g., 50-70g for daily shopping, 80g or more for heavy-duty scenarios).
2.What printing processes areavailable and what are the limitations?
Processes: Common options include screen printing, heat transfer printing, and digital printing. Screen printing is suitable for simple patterns and large color blocks with lower costs; heat transfer printing/digital printing supports complex patterns and gradient colors with more vivid hues.
Limitations: Due to the influence of materials and processes, overly fine lines or extremely small text may not be clear enough; when printing light-colored patterns on dark-colored bags, it may be necessary to print a white base first.
3. Can the size and bag type be fully customized?
Yes. The length, width, and height of regular bag types (such as three-dimensional bags, flat bags, and vest bags) can all be adjusted. Special styles can also be customized (such as those with zippers, snaps, side pockets, reinforced bottoms, etc.). Specific dimensions or sample references need to be provided.

4.Can samples be provided? What about the sample cost and lead time?
Samples can be provided. Regular samples (non-customized designs) are usually free, and only the shipping fee needs to be borne; for customized samples (produced according to the customer's design), a proofing fee may be charged (which can be refunded after placing an order).
