Production process:
1.Paper fan feeding part
The conveyor belt and mechanical automatic feeding work in synergy to achieve a fully automated process: simply place the outer patches on the conveyor belt, which will then automatically feed forward in accordance with the machine's speed, precisely matching the rhythm and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the mechanical feeding section.
Save labor and improve efficiency. The feeding part is designed with a triple robotic arm linkage, which enhances stability and reduces the feeding failure rate. The size is adjustable to adapt to different sizes of cup pieces.

2.Ultrasonic bonding
Its core principle is to convert high-frequency mechanical vibration into thermal energy, causing the contact surfaces of materials to melt or undergo plastic deformation, and finally bond into an integrated whole under pressure, without the need for auxiliary materials such as glue.
An ultrasonic accessory set for paper cups consists of an ultrasonic device and an ultrasonic cabinet. It enables bonding without auxiliary materials like glue, saving costs while being environmentally friendly. Compared with the traditional copper strip heating method, it boasts advantages such as a lower rejection rate and higher speed.

3.Cup flipped into the turntable station.
The sleeve after ultrasonic bonding is placed into the turntable station. It is worth noting that the turntable station is designed in a funnel shape, which can reduce the failure rate during the cup flipping process. This makes it easier for the sleeve to enter the station, thereby reducing product loss. Entering the station means officially starting the double-layer cup production process, and the step of combining the sleeve with the inner cup will be carried out at the turntable station.
