＞If the operator is skilled, it takes about 2 hours to disassemble the mold and about 2 hours to install it. In total, it takes 4 to 5 hours. After changing the mold, the machine still needs to be debugged. If everything goes smoothly, it can be completed within one day; if not, it may take 2 to 3 days. If you are not proficient, it will take even longer.

Can I make paper cups of different thicknesses on one machine?

The available thickness of a paper cup machine is usually 150-350gsm. The machine is highly precise. When you confirm the size and thickness of the paper, the available thickness is ±20gsm.
