Product Description

-Double Wall Cup Making machine,For medium and small production volumes, models with a capacity of 60-100 cups per minute are preferred. For large factories, high-speed models (100 + cups per minute) are preferred.

Double wall cups have excellent heat insulation performance, which also means an improvement in heat retention. They feature a stable structure – thanks to the double-walled design, the structure is more stable and less likely to deform. Additionally, they are more aesthetically pleasing, enhancing both ornamental value and practicality.

Production process:

1.Paper fan feeding part

The conveyor belt and mechanical automatic feeding work in synergy to achieve a fully automated process: simply place the outer patches on the conveyor belt, which will then automatically feed forward in accordance with the machine's speed, precisely matching the rhythm and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the mechanical feeding section.
Save labor and improve efficiency. The feeding part is designed with a triple robotic arm linkage, which enhances stability and reduces the feeding failure rate. The size is adjustable to adapt to different sizes of cup pieces.


2.Ultrasonic bonding

Its core principle is to convert high-frequency mechanical vibration into thermal energy, causing the contact surfaces of materials to melt or undergo plastic deformation, and finally bond into an integrated whole under pressure, without the need for auxiliary materials such as glue.
An ultrasonic accessory set for paper cups consists of an ultrasonic device and an ultrasonic cabinet. It enables bonding without auxiliary materials like glue, saving costs while being environmentally friendly. Compared with the traditional copper strip heating method, it boasts advantages such as a lower rejection rate and higher speed.

3.Cup flipped into the turntable station.

The sleeve after ultrasonic bonding is placed into the turntable station. It is worth noting that the turntable station is designed in a funnel shape, which can reduce the failure rate during the cup flipping process. This makes it easier for the sleeve to enter the station, thereby reducing product loss. Entering the station means officially starting the double-layer cup production process, and the step of combining the sleeve with the inner cup will be carried out at the turntable station.

4.Sleeve + inner singel wall paper cup = Double wall paper cup

The turntable rotates intermittently and indexingly in a clockwise (or counterclockwise) direction, driving the sleeves on the stations to complete the entire processing flow. This equipment is dedicated to the automated forming of hollow cups.
At the first station, the special bottom-folding mold completes the pre-flanging treatment of the sleeve bottom through the coordinated action of the stamping assembly and the positioning mechanism. Its core design logic is to precisely control the flanging height (with an error ≤ 0.2mm) and angle (freely adjusted), so as to reserve a uniform air interlayer space for the subsequent fitting of the inner cup, thereby forming the basic shape of the hollow structure.
After the turntable rotates indexingly to the next station, the gluing process applies the adhesive quantitatively according to a preset trajectory (annular closed-loop path). The thickness and application range of the adhesive layer are controlled by a precision screw pump, ensuring that a high-strength bonding interface is formed after the sleeve and the inner cup are fitted, and avoiding the risk of delamination during the fitting process from the perspective of mechanical structure.
 
In summary equipped with a full-chain design encompassing "automated feeding - high-efficiency bonding - precise station transfer - structural optimization", this equipment not only achieves an improvement in production speed (with efficiency increased by more than 30% compared to traditional processes) but also reduces the rejection rate to an extremely low level through multiple error-proofing mechanisms. Meanwhile, it meets the adaptation requirements for different cup sizes and dimensions.
