Machine Details:

1.Precision-machined gear high-speed gear machine

Finely processed gears: They improve the precision and surface quality of the gears. The high-precision tooth profile ensures uniform contact, avoiding wear. This indicates an improvement in quality; the reduced roughness decreases friction and prolongs the service life of the gears.

Open Geneva wheel: The term "open" usually refers to the open slot, no enclosed housing, and reserved heat dissipation/cleaning channels. It facilitates direct contact of lubricating oil with the transmission surface to reduce friction. It is conducive to heat dissipation; the open structure allows for rapid heat removal, avoiding the degradation of material properties caused by high temperatures. It reduces the retention of impurities and the accumulation of dust and debris, thus preventing additional wear.

2.The bottom punching process is advanced.

After the bottom-punching process is advanced, the mold first completes the bottom paper punching and then bonds it with the cup body. This process optimization has effectively improved the yield rate and production speed of paper cups.

Completing the bottom paper punching on the mold in advance can significantly ensure the success rate of bottom paper punching. It should be noted here that the so-called post-process bottom paper punching refers to punching the bottom paper after the cup body has been placed on the mold; while the advanced bottom paper punching means completing the bottom paper punching first, and then placing the cup body on the mold.

3.Dual-disk structure and automatic paper feeding part

An innovative design of separating the production process into two station disks is adopted, which distributes the operation load of different processes to two independent station disks. This effectively avoids the problem of continuous stress on the mold caused by the continuous operation of a single disk. This design not only reduces the fatigue loss of the mold due to long-term high-intensity operation, lowers the wear rate, and significantly prolongs its service life, but also provides strong support for the control of production costs indirectly by reducing the frequency of mold replacement and lowering maintenance costs.

The automatic conveyor belt is capable of dynamically adapting to the operating speed of the equipment, allowing for precise setting of the conveying rate. Operators only need to place raw materials in batches at the starting end of the conveyor belt to initiate a continuous automatic feeding process — the raw materials flow at a constant speed along the conveyor belt to the equipment's feeding port, with no need for manual supervision during the entire process. 4.Ultrasonic bonding

The ultrasonic wave is used to bond the cup body, forming a tight sealing structure, and the water leakage prevention performance is greatly improved. It protects the coating layer. The traditional copper bar heating is likely to damage the coating layer. Ultrasonic heating generates heat only at the moment of contact without long-term heating effect, thus increasing the yield rate. It features high precision, automatic frequency tracking, and precise regulation of parameters, ensuring stable bonding precision. By using ultrasonic waves, the bonding speed is accelerated, so the machine speed is increased. It supports single/double-coated paper and paper cup fans with a wide grammage range. The paper cups produced by using ultrasonic waves have a flat and smooth appearance without burrs.
